[ nostrdevkit/nostr ] database: remove `flatbuf` feature and migrate `flatbuffers` module to `nostr-lmdb`
This is part of the plan of reducing the API surface. This allows also more flexibility in the flatbuffers schema, in case the nostr-lmdb implementation needs non-standard fields or structs.
