If the surgeon is uploading his field data into the comments section, how do others find this and all other related information quickly and append it to the applicable sections/findings of the current document?
If there are multiple comments with new field data, there needs to be a mechanism to sort through it, compare it with other field data uploaded for analysis, and more. Then the findings should be inserted into the document in the appropriate places.
How does that work in this model?
