I find that highly unlikely, given what we know about normal distributions. Yes there's 8 followed by 67 zeroes possible combinations, but in 8 followed by 67 zeroes shuffles, you're not going to get every combination once. Some might never come up, whilst others come up multiple times. It's even theoretically possible (but unlikely) to get the exact same shuffle twice in a row! Plus consider how many shuffles happen in one day in Las Vegas!
