Time for people to take stuff underground disconnected from the internet matrix ... analogy style (figuratively speaking).
Keep things secret, and don't trust anyone you haven't known your whole life. The 3-letters / Mossad are experts at infiltrating, disrupting, destabilizing and dismantling any movement that is gaining momentum. That's one of the reason it seems people aren't upset and aren't to do anything about it.
For example, if a movement starts gaining momentum, the 3-letters will create endless similar clone movements to confuse and dissipate the people into smaller groups that have very little momentum and then fade away and die.
Use their tactics against them.
For example, if people claim your group exists in public discussions, gaslight them, say it doesn't, and call them conspiracy theorists.
