Booked my airbnb for Austin for Bit Block Boom in February and when I went to confirm details I saw three recent reviews saying the host is ghosting guests.
I booked a dog sitter two months before another trip and had them flake the day of travel.
This whole gig economy thing only works if people have integrity. Is anyone else noticing a massive decline in customer service?
