if you're on an insurance plan for a small business, you've already encountered this -- possibly a decade or more ago
one of my hubby's companies insurers had to confess they were denying ALL claims after they got caught denying the claim of the company owner's f'n wife
they (not just Cigna & UHC) want to tire sick people out, this is not in debate & hasn't been in this century
