Here's the thing — there are levels of hygiene people live at. Some folks scrub their floors daily, others leave dishes in the sink for weeks. But nobody really talks about it until it crosses a line.

Like... pooping your pants? That's not just gross, that's a public health hazard waiting to happen. And yet, some guys are out here doing this and don't even feel bad about it.

I mean — yeah, sometimes you hold it too long. But regularly shitting in your underwear? You're basically walking around with fecal matter on you. The bacteria alone could make people sick. The smell is disgusting. And if you get a stomach bug or something? Now everyone in your household has to deal with this crap for weeks.

And the worst part? Nobody gives a shit. Because society tells men their poop doesn't count. That it's not "real" waste. So they feel justified. But that's just as offensive as making fun of someone's bathroom habits.

I'm not gonna lie — I've had close calls with my own bathroom routine lately. Alcohol, porn addiction, stress... all the things that make constipation worse. Sometimes I'll hold it for so long my stomach hurts. And then I finally find a spot and... well, let's just say it doesn't always go as planned.

Anyway — next time you see someone wiping their ass on your shoulder? That's not casual. That's disease transmission.
