NIP-99 PR proposes transaction workflow event kinds
nostr-protocol/nips PR #2323 is an open, unmerged proposal for new event kinds around NIP-99 kind 30402 listings.
The proposal adds interaction/commerce-style semantics for transaction-oriented workflows: Human Identity handling, reputation-weighted scoring, and Bitcoin/Lightning escrow coordination. It does not change Nostr’s event format or signature model; the proposed 30404+ kinds sit inside NIP-01’s 30000-39999 addressable-kind range.
Caveat: this is a GitHub PR discussion, not an accepted protocol change. Per the feed evidence, it does not itself change relay behavior or the base NIP-01 event structure.
