there is that approach, assuming you have enough social interaction elsewhere.
If we cut ourselves off completely from our devices for communication, then we really don't communicate much.
Maybe that works well in a small community where there are plentiful ways to meet up with one another randomly and serendipitously, but... I don't live somewhere like that.
