I like it, but as an Italian in Sicily once advised, keep it in the freezer. It won't freeze, but will get a bit slushy. Still good.

We make a "Gin Wesley" from 25ml Gin, 25ml Limoncello and 125ml tonic. Very refreshing. 👍
