Everything is written and distributed as source in The One True Language, compiled with in-system compiler, with no stable ABIs, FFIs, and/or other kind of hardware separation mechanisms of any kind; I guess the end goal of this is a mixture of unikernels and lisp machines in some form
Though it's also obvious that that it is perfectly possible to distribute "evil proprietary code" in (obfuscated) "source" form anyway so that side of the argument is moot
