umm, i mean "the process" is the nature of softforks. its uncomfortable being contentious, but there again, that's the nature of it.
I would say I wish it wouldn't have come to this, but it has, so whether i like it or not really doesn't have anything to do with what I must do.
Like I would really love to have had genuine rational discourse about what is the optimal limit for arbitrary data for the network, because that is a legitimate issue, but again, that is not what has happened over the last year plus.
the people actively advocating against BIP110 are caught in a performative contradiction.
When I'm caught in a performative contradiction, meaning someone poitns out my blindspot and shows me what I am saying contradicts what I am doing, I thank them and either change my behavior or change what I'm saying.
the people against BIP110 aren't doing that. through pride, lack of intelligence, or exploitative manipulation, they double down.
I do ethics. I can't advocate for something or take actions I can't justify all the way down to first principles. So for me, my path is clear.
