Joseph de Weck (Foreign Policy Research Institute) argues that Europe (and the EU specifially) cannot continue muddling through the turmoil of global relations but rather need to 'drive change rather than merely passively endure it'.... but of course, the problem is, that the likely pace of political economic change in Europe (with the best will in the world) will not be fast enough in light of the speed of shifts prompted by Mark Carney's 'rupture'....
