Check your #3DS battery if you haven't in a long time. Went to turn on my softmodded #2DS after being neglected for a couple of years. The #battery was shot. After a bit of charging, I'd turn it on. Blue light appears for a few seconds and then turns off with no screen activity. Thankfully I can pick a new one up for cheap and it's dead simple to change the battery. #nintendo
