I’ve been truly messed by reading this toot. I’m just having a hard time wrestling with the term ‘stravenue’ being a real thing.

In #yeg, we have a similar numbered street/avenue grid naming scheme to Tucson. We tend to use “Road” for diagonal… er vehicular paths (Argyll, Fort, Groat, Connors, etc.) but not exclusively (Jasper Ave, Kingsway Ave, Park Dr, and many numbered streets/aves).

So, now all I see is inconsistent naming.
