If you and I know the strategy, their enemies must know it too. If you and I don't, there might be chance their enemy don't know it either. So our ignorance is better for now.

Having said that, didn't the Iranians have naval training in the Gulf with the Russians a few days ago, and with the Chinese earlier. If that says anything, it says there is something behind the scenes that we don't know.
