These are screenshots of his document titled "Chinese_Dialect_ORF_Maps_ALL-comparisons_9_1_25.doc", which says that the reason why the text in the images is garbled is because it's written in a secret bioweaponeer code, so that for example "Hetnody Ane Uadeeanchounsylnfrtn" is code for "Cytokine-Anchored Systemic Inflammation".
