Even though the passwords might be hashed with Bcrypt, and even if the cost is 12 or higher, reused passwords will fall like dominoes.
Once the dictionary lists are exhausted, only then does the real work begin. However, I'd be willing to bet that at least 70% of the hashed passwords fall due to reuse.
