#PredictionMarkets are supposed to reflect the wisdom of the crowd -- the collective knowledge of all bettors. But apparently there's some upper limit of knowledge beyond which someone is committing a crime by placing a bet. That seems crazy to me, and impossible to enforce. If you're betting on some real world event, you should ask yourself, is there someone on earth who knows the answer to this question already? Could they just take my money? And choose your bet accordingly.
