- Have environmental, ethical, and political reasons to think that almost all uses for LLMs that others have found are to do things which it would be better to do without LLMs
- Allow that there are ways of using ML/DL technology which avoid the above objections to LLMs but these are drowned out in a public discourse which idolises the biggest, most 'powerful' LLMs
