Funny, not a spy here, nor a criminal yet I guess... Maybe when they start cracking down on FOSS, they'll have lots to get me for. 😉 I don't trust the French as a group/state, although the few folks I have met have been nice, like almost every other private group of people out there. No clue who some loser named Duval is, but he sounds like a wannabe or government/corporate shill to me... *shrugs*
