Isaiah 45:23 says of YHWH: "Before me every knee will bow; by me every tongue will swear."
Paul quotes this exact verse in Philippians 2:10-11 and applies it to Jesus: "...that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow... and every tongue acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father."
