probably not, there's very little reason to not use zswap unless your CPU is really slow and your storage really fast.
in the case of SSD, if you're going to have a real swap device, definitely use zswap to reduce the number of writes going to your SSD. zram is my preference in SSD-only systems because I do not want memory swapped out to disk at all though
