CAIB was founded in 1978 by 8 people, who consisted of 3 former CIA agents (Phil Agee, James Wilcott, and Elsie Wilcott), at least 4 Jews (Louis Wolf, William Schaap, William Kunstler, and Michael Ratner), and one person who was married to one of the Jews even though I'm not sure if she was a Jew herself (Ellen Ray).
