port forwarding requires to have an dedicated IP address. So for looking any VPN with dedicated IP support there are some VPN providers that actually have an dedicated IP you can use it for enabling port forwarding (via NAT-PMP), but unfortunately mostly those are paid add-ons and I don't seem any free VPN providers have that extra allocated IP address like dedicated IP address though.
