They are thugs, pure and simple.

There is no good reason for these youths or their negligent parents to be here.

They cannot be "integrated" in any meaningful sense.
The behaviour is the same in America, Japan, Jamaica...

London is not better for being turned into Nigeria, South Africa, or the Congo.

Their imprisonment will just impose another needless cost on the taxpayer.
They should be encouraged or made to leave instead.
