Zap Stream is the default but if you have any trouble with it you can use any other you like. E.g. here's another you can use –

An important note for iOS users – we still have some trouble going live to the new Zap Stream server which often disconnects mid-stream.

While we fix this here's a complimentary server I've spun up for you. Use this server instead and you should go live and stay live without issue.
