Whelp #datascience #bioinformatics folks.
I might get a MacBook for $work but I am undecided if I should push for an Linux laptop. Ubuntu has been my main OS for about 10 years, though I worked with Windows (dislike) and OSX (meh).
The work will involve scRNA-seq, some imaging analysis, FACS data analysis and whatever the lab is generating. I assume that except for GUI-based tools, most of the work will be done in a remote server.
Is there anything for or against OSX? It's a biotech.
