I've seen folks here talk about how they ferment their produce that is just about to go bad. I think I'm ready to learn how to do that.
I got the impression it's a "throw it into a jar with the other stuff" kind of process, rather than a huge bottling project. (I am not up for any elaborate processes.)
Can someone tell me how it's done?
