Not sure if it's the picture or there's really a greenish tinge to the wood. If there's any chance it's pressure-treated wood you should ensure you only use it for flowers and nothing you'd eat, as treated wood has heavy metals and nasty things in it that leach into the soil and can get into food items. Just FYI.
