my instance has been having the exact same issue completely out of the blue as of a few weeks ago, with no changes to PeerTube nor my object storage whatsoever 🤔
I haven’t had much of a chance to take a look yet, but I’ll look at it tonight and let you know if I find anything that might be helpful.
