We have hundreds of thousands of accounts that are created automatically; one for each of the very many hashtags that people use on the Fediverse. We didn't target Alice specifically.
They have blocked the server, so their content won't be shared by tags.pub any more, and to avoid this kind of problem in the future, I've disconnected tags.pub from open registration relay servers. People can still connect their account or server directly to tags.pub:
