well, the oil proces will definitely plunge for a bit, which some will love and some will hate, but it will be temporary and I seriously doubt it will reach the COVID-level nonsense when oil prices we're negative, as in, they were literally paying tanker operators to take oil off their hands because otherwise they'd need to cap the wells. Iran only has like two weeks worth of storage for export oil, so there's that ;)
