When you have changed relays and want to repost old notes, but it’s also really useful for helping new users with few relays extend their reach.

People should be using the Broadcast function more. If you see a good post from someone who doesn’t have a lot of followers and only a few relays, you can help them extend their note’s reach by rebroadcasting it on your relays.
