Hello Evan, I’m sorry to say that your fixing doesn’t work at all. My admin bbₜᵤₓᵢ (npub1zyt…u6da) unblocked you instance on our server so I can test your fixing.
As you know I blocked tags.pub as a domain on user level. And as soon as tags.pub was unblocked on the instance my hashtags are back to be boosted by tags.pub although I kept the instance blocked on userlevel.
