So, UK energy secretary Ed Miliband & California’s Democratic governor Gavin Newsom have struck a deal on promoting clear energy in California & the UK, not least of all by seeking to share new technological developments.
On one hand this looks like Miliband doing his job as Energy Secretary, but in the fevered speculation about the future of Keir Starmer you cannot but wonder if this is him string out some international gravitas, for whatever reason(s)...
