#Mandelson has been trying for weeks to maintain his political visibility. Resigning from the #Labour Party will have been a terrible wrench for him.
I doubt many in the current party will be shedding tears for him. But the integrity of Blair, Brown and Starmer in enabling this man to have such a high profile career must be brought into question tonight.
