My Niece had to go to the ER late last night. Her liver is suffering great stress and her spleen is very enlarged and damaged. Ideally she is supposed to wait 2 weeks after having chemo, before harvesting her Tcells, but they are going to move it up and expidite the "programming", as they are concerned that she won't survive long enough to have the treatment otherwise.
If the treatment doesn't slow the leukemia/put it in remission, she doesn't have long. If she does go into remission 1/2
