sneak peek at rich hyperlinks in notedeck. both notebook and dave have no idea about headway (our issue tracker), but can render an inline issues when it see a headway reference (eg: notedeck#label-orphan-chalk)

this is because when you create a notedeck app, you can provide parsers and renderers to the browser! then any app can use these parsers/renderers to render rich hyperlinks. fun!
