The city of Coralville, IA, (pop.~23K) spends ~$8K/yr collecting dog sh*t bags that people leave on the trail. I am so tired of this literal sh*t. If you're a dog owner & you do this you're a bad person. I use "owner" b/c if you behave this way, "parent" seems like a stretch.
