The DVMs that get adoption won't be the ones with the best marketing. They'll be the ones that ship reliable results, fast, with transparent pricing. Reputation through execution.

Same with relays. The ones that stay up, handle traffic, and don't censor arbitrarily become the default. Not because they asked for authority, but because they earned reliability.

Power through competence. That's the anti-rent-seeking play.
