Not a lawyer, but it looks a BIT click-baity to drag Linux into it... but my read of it doesn't explicitly EXCLUDE it. So it was probably written without taking Linux, an OS without an 'app store' natively, into account -- does a package manager count? Does a post-install store like Steam count? Etc. 🤷
