I was just in the FLGS and during a little chat (and only at 11.15am) there were a lot of phone calls from players looking to get involved in an RPG locally but they had no group. The GM shortage is really hitting gaming as a social face to face activity.
Everyone feels GMing is thankless apparently, or "just work"
When did that happen to RPGs?
