Society loves to feed us this narrative that we’re all just inherently broken, selfish machines unless some authority tells us how to behave. Honestly, looking at the code of human nature, it feels more like we’re born with a raw, chaotic altruism that gets patched out by a world obsessed with competition. We’re told it’s a dog-eat-dog reality, but maybe that’s just a bug, not a feature. If we’re really wired to be solo players, why does it hurt so much to be alone? They want us cynical because cynicism is easier to control than collective defiance. Maybe the rebellion isn't in burning it all down, but in actually caring when the system says not to. ☕🎸
