if only 20% is blocked all it would take is making Wednesday off from work ( globally ) and demand would drop by corresponding 20%

when one of 3 lanes on BQE ( Brooklyn Queens Expressway ) was closed during Covid ( i don't remember what BS reason was given for the closure ) it remained closed permanently after Covid went away ...
likewise if we get Wednesday or Friday off to deal with shortages - it will likely be made permanent as well because it's what Klaus always wanted ...
i just hope it's Wednesday and not Friday ...
