Yeah I hate living in Washington. The mail-in only confused me during the 2016 election. Tyler was deployed and I was like "oh shit I should go vote" on election day. I drove around trying to find a place to vote and called and they told me it was mail-in only. I had misplaced the ballot I got in the mail since I thought it was optional! You also legitimately have to mark on the outside of the envelope "Democrat" or "Republican" and I think that's just insane. Some crazy mail carrier could just misplace it. Might as well broadcast your vote to anyone handling the envelope.
