I just had a wonderful and very informative meetup with a new community defense group I got added to through ICE watch.
Imagine 15 of the friendliest, most community minded people imaginable sitting around in a pub with nametags giving our real names and Signal chat names, talking about the absolutely wild shit we've seen with ICE. Also lots of discussion about police collaboration with ICE, unprepared schools, local governments that are hit or miss.
We looked like any big group of friends.
