lol. i can't believe you've actually used one. ours came with the belt, but we didn't have any attachments to turn with it. there was a lever on the right side, *right beside* the brake, and if you tripped it, it would start spinning the pulley about 6 inches from your ankle cuff 😰
all things considered, it is amazing you and i have all appendages still intact
