The continuing crisis in UK dental care is partly driven by an NHS contract that does little to incentivise dentists to continue NHS work, but is also due to a shortage of dentists.
So, the chaos in examination of foreign trained dentists (currently there are around 8,000 trying to take the exam), which has no clear waiting list & involves continually trying to apply for exam slots that appear in the online booking system, is really not helping at all!
