The Elbit system and other companies like (BMW built bombs during Nazi era) are making a lot of money they don't want to refuse for *ethics*.
That's why we stopped celebrating nations doing the bare minimum, also we were told sometimes they do it to nullify the *immediate* threat, for example, getting nuked by Iran has now made Bulgaria, Italy, Spain, UK "allegedly" say No to US aircrafts from using their airports for refueling during war, but the arms trade with Pissrael continues non stop. Only the dock workers have done anything about it.
